The Boulanger Piano Trio began playing together in November 2022. Throughout the past few years, they have performed at RBC festivals and were awarded the John Ireland Prize in 2023, alongside soprano Maria Willsher. The trio has performed lunchtime concerts at venues such as St Hilda's Church, the Alexandra Theatre and St Martin's Church. In November 2024, they had the opportunity to participate in a masterclass with the world-renowned pianist Pascal Rogé during the RBC French Festival.
In 2025, the trio has been actively collaborating with composers, including recording 'Rose-Coloured,' which will be featured on Ella Rose Baird-Rayner's upcoming album Hues, set for release on the 1st of May 2025. They also recorded Nicholas Paul's ‘The Wood for the Trees’, which will appear on his upcoming album Crave. Upcoming performances include the premiere of a new piece composed by Wiktor Wysocki.
